Welcome to information about our upcoming trip to Israel. It is our desire that you will find this information valuable and helpful as you prepare for the opportunity to visit the birthplace and ministry of our Lord and Savior. Please think about questions you might have and don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss those questions. Please pray about your trip to Israel and ask God for direction as you prepare to partake in this pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
The pastors and I have discussed this trip, and we are excited that you are planning / considering coming with us. This material is designed to answer many of the questions you might have but not intended to answer everything that may be on your mind.
The tour prices are per person based on two people sharing a room with private bath. Single rooms may be available with an additional single supplemental price as noted on our pricing sheet. Each tour price is based on a certain number of tour members traveling together. In the case of fewer participants, the price may increase and if more participate, the price could go down. The church and I are not doing this trip for a profit. This is a ministry to take people to the Holy Land and to walk where our Savior walked. Our plan is to take the group to Israel and to literally spend all the money received on the trip. So, there is no “cushion” or safety net built in to protect the church or ourselves. We must manage the cost very close to the budget we have set. As a part of your tour price, breakfast and dinner are included daily at our hotel when in Israel. In Israel lunches are your responsibility. Your entrance fees to parks and sites during the tour are included as well as your tips for the group’s meals at the hotels, the bus driver, and tour guide. Most importantly do not assume any questions about cost. Please ask Derik, John, Dennis or Jim to ensure that there are no surprises.
Tour prices do not include Airfare or things like medical, accident or cancellation insurance, portage at US airports, expenses incurred resulting from injury or accident, loss, damage, or theft of luggage or items of a personal nature, laundry, phone calls, soda, bottled water or food not on the regular menu of the included meals. When in question please ask the pastors or tour guide. Please purchase your own Airfare to Tel Aviv asap to keep your cost down. Please try to arrive in Tel Aviv around 4 to 5pm on April 15, 2026. Plan your return trip for around midnight to 1am from Tel Aviv on April 25, 2026. The Arizona Pastors will likely be on United 4/14/26 UA2431 to Tel Aviv and UA140 and United 4/25/26 United UA141 and UA2619 to Phoenix.
